How we source facts, handle bonuses and label commercial content.

Sourcing

A claim about a licence, a payment method, a game count or a bonus condition has to appear on the operator's own site or in its published terms. Where an operator publishes nothing, the page says that the detail is not stated rather than filling the gap with an estimate.

Bonus conditions

• Wagering requirements, maximum bet rules and bonus caps are quoted as the operator states them.
• Where terms differ by country, we say so instead of quoting one market's rules as universal.
• A bonus is described by what the terms allow, not by the headline amount.

Corrections

Operator terms change often. If a page describes a condition that no longer applies, send the page address and the current term through the contact form and we will check it against the operator's documentation before changing the text.

What we refuse

We do not publish tipster claims, guaranteed-win systems, paid rankings, or content aimed at readers under 18. Advertising, where it exists, is labelled and kept away from review copy.
